XGR is now natively supported in Altbase Wallet

Altbase Wallet has added native XGRChain support, giving users another non-custodial desktop option to hold, send and receive XGR while keeping control of their private keys.

XGR native integration in Altbase Wallet for self-custody holding, sending and receiving

A new self-custody access point for XGRChain is now live: XGR has been natively integrated into Altbase Wallet, giving users another way to hold, send and receive XGR while retaining control of their private keys.

The integration expands the wallet infrastructure surrounding XGRChain and gives users a new desktop-based option for interacting with XGR.

Altbase Wallet is a non-custodial, multi-asset wallet designed around local key ownership. Private keys and backup phrases are created, encrypted and stored on the user's device rather than being held by the wallet provider. XGR is now available directly as a supported asset in that environment.

Native XGRChain support

The integration goes beyond simply displaying XGR as an asset.

Altbase Wallet has implemented native support for the XGRChain mainnet, allowing users to manage XGR directly from the wallet and use the network for normal send and receive operations.

For users, the result is straightforward: XGR can now be managed alongside other supported assets from within Altbase Wallet without giving up self-custody.

Expanding access to XGR

Wallet availability is an important part of blockchain infrastructure.

A network may provide validators, RPC infrastructure, explorers and applications, but users still need practical and secure ways to access their assets. Every additional native wallet integration reduces that friction and creates another independent entry point into the ecosystem.

For XGR.Network, the Altbase integration therefore represents more than another supported-wallet logo.

It expands the infrastructure surrounding XGRChain and gives users another self-custody option outside XGR.Network's own services.

That distinction is important as the ecosystem develops: users should be able to interact with XGR through independently operated software while retaining control of their assets.

Self-custody as part of the infrastructure

Altbase Wallet follows a non-custodial model built around user-controlled keys and local custody.

That architecture fits naturally with the direction of XGR.Network.

As XGRChain evolves into infrastructure for payments, AI-native execution and deterministic XDaLa workflows, wallets remain an important authorization boundary between automated systems and user-controlled assets.

AI agents and applications may prepare actions, workflows or transactions — but custody and signing can remain under the control of the asset owner.

A broader multi-asset environment

The integration places XGR inside a broader multi-asset wallet environment and creates additional visibility beyond the existing XGR.Network ecosystem.

For current users, it adds another option for everyday asset management. For future users and applications, it lowers the barrier to interacting with XGRChain through independent wallet infrastructure.

The integration also reinforces a broader principle for XGR.Network: access to XGR should not depend on a single wallet, interface or service provider.

Building an increasingly accessible XGR ecosystem

XGR.Network continues to develop XGRChain around open infrastructure, deterministic execution, AI-compatible workflows and payments.

Native third-party wallet support is one piece of that larger architecture.

With XGR now available in Altbase Wallet, users gain another independent way to hold, send and receive XGR while maintaining self-custody of their keys.

Welcome to the XGR ecosystem, Altbase Wallet.
